You introduce a small packet of cards and mention they have personality traits on the other side.  You ask your participant a variety of fun questions about themselves and then use the cards to spell out their responses.  Based on their answers, they ultimately arrive at one card, which will reveal their personality on the other side.  But first, all the other cards are flipped over to show they have negative traits printed on them like “Selfish” or “Rude”.  Finally they turn over the card they have been holding and, in a surprising twist, it describes them as "Awesome"!  Their answers lead to them to the only positive trait in the pack!
